• Scheduling management is done through the Acuity app

• Drop-ins or tuition structures available based on skill level

• No cancellations or refunds

• Drop-ins rescheduled within 72 hours

• 15-minute late policy

• Show up to lessons prepared with materials

• Practice outside of lessons

• Have a good setup for online lessons
